President Obama has indicated he is going to make good on his promise to federally fund embryonic stem cell research. He is currently waiting to issue an executive order until complimentary legislation can be crafted and passed.
Michigan residents voted on Tuesday in favor of Proposition 2, a state ballot proposal that would permit the unregulated and unrestricted destruction of human embryos for experimental purposes.
