Bishop Loverde delivers anti-FOCA postcards to Congress

In a very stark and impressive demonstration, Bishop Paul S. Loverde from Arlington, VA, delivers 189000 postcards opposing the passage of FOCA. These were delivered to the Virginia delegation in an attempt to sway them away from supporting any FOCA type legislation.
